Why “Lines & Curves”? Because it’s how I see this beautiful world. Everything twists and turns and doesn’t fit perfectly; the juxtaposition between large and small, light and dark, straight and bent. 

When I design, I think about how to make all the different components fit together.
I know immediately when something isn’t quite right and I won’t stop designing until there is some harmony. I see my job like Tetris—shapes falling down faster and faster and in the blink of an eye, just knowing which will fit and which won’t. When I was at LSU, between taking classes and being a college athlete, I was also a Tetris champion. So, it is no surprise that I excelled in my future career.

 My obsession to get the “high score” hasn’t changed—because I’m always striving to deliver the best product—to solve business problems through stunning visual communication tailored to the needs of each client. This is reflected in my continuous commitment to broaden my expertise, and my experience includes event design, UX/UI analysis, shopper marketing, brand development, multicultural solutions, marketing strategies, social engagement, and project management. Throughout the past 10 years, my work has taken me to agencies in Chicago, Denver, and Houston. And I’ve been lucky to work on a range of fantastic brands—including Microsoft, Hulu, P&G, J&J, Corona, Kraft, and Kellogg’s (to name a few).

My focus moving forward with Lines & Curves is to provide experiences that raise awareness, inspire action and get results. Now, more than ever is a time to give back and help out those organizations that are working so hard to keep us healthy and safe. Beyond my design work, you will find me studying National Geographic magazines so I can perfect photoshoots with my dog, Wrigley. Hey, I am striving to be the next Michael Nichols! And of course, I’m constantly drawing my crazy beautiful lines and curves.
