When I was seven, I wanted to be a National Geographic Photographer and travel the world!
But then I saw the movie “Congo” — yeah, that dream was put on hold.
However, it did get me thinking about other opportunities where I can utilize my keen visual sense and creative thinking. I have a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and a B.F.A. in Visual Communications. In my career, I have had the opportunity to gather many skills in multiple disciplines such as: User Interface development, shopper marketing, branding, multicultural solutions, strategy, conceptual thinking, digital creative, and leadership. I am constantly striving to make myself a better designer and leader. Always striving to create smart, simple and visually impactful designs in order to push team creative thinking. Have worked at a few agencies in the Chicago, Illinois and Denver, Colorado areas. I love what I do and feel extremely lucky to have worked on some great brands such as Miller, P&G, J&J, Corona, Kraft and Kellogg’s to name a few. Never stop Learning is such a great way to look at this career path as it is constantly changing.
